3. No purchase necessary

No purchase is necessary. Buying products, buying gift vouchers, redeeming vouchers, liking, sharing, tagging or following on Facebook does not increase the chance of winning.

4. Eligibility

5. Promotion period

Each monthly draw opens at 00:01 on the first day of the calendar month and closes at 23:59 on the final day of that calendar month. Entries received after the closing time will be entered into the next monthly draw unless the promotion has ended.

7. Newsletter and marketing consent

Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entering the prize draw. Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing will not remove a valid prize draw entry already submitted unless deletion of the entry data is requested.

8. Referral codes

Entrants may use a referral code given to them by someone they know. The referred person must register themselves, provide their own details and choose their own marketing preferences. Bakers Delights Selsey does not ask entrants to provide friends’ or family members’ contact details.

11. Winner selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries for the relevant monthly draw within 7 days of the monthly closing date. Bakers Delights Selsey should keep a record of the draw process.

12. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted by email or phone within 7 days of the draw. The winner must respond within 14 days. If the winner does not respond, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, another winner may be selected at random.

13. Winner information

Bakers Delights Selsey may publish or make available the winner’s surname and county unless the winner objects or asks for the amount of information published to be reduced.

14. Data protection and privacy notice

Bakers Delights Selsey collects and uses personal data to administer the draw, check eligibility, contact winners, issue voucher codes, manage referral codes, prevent fraud and record consent. Marketing emails or SMS messages are sent only where consent has been given or where another lawful basis applies.

Data collected may include name, email address, mobile number, address, postcode, age confirmation, referral code, marketing preferences, voucher code, entry timestamp, IP hash and user agent hash.

Prize draw entry records may be kept for up to 12 months. Winner records may be kept for up to 6 years where needed for accounting, legal, complaint or audit reasons. Marketing records are kept until unsubscribe, withdrawal of consent or inactivity under the retention policy. Suppression records may be retained to ensure people who opted out are not contacted again.

15. Liability

Bakers Delights Selsey is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received due to technical issues outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
