Bakers Delights Gift Vouchers

Buy, activate and redeem Bakers Delights vouchers for cakes, afternoon tea, café treats and bespoke bakery orders.

1. Buy a voucher

Choose the voucher value and complete checkout. Voucher codes are issued after the order reaches processing or completed status.

2. Activate it

The giver or recipient must activate the voucher and accept these terms before it can be redeemed.

The recipient registers the redemption request. Staff should verify the code before fulfilling the order.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

  1. Gift vouchers are valid only for Bakers Delights products and services.
  2. Voucher codes must be activated on this website before redemption.
  3. Voucher codes are single-use unless Bakers Delights confirms otherwise in writing.
  4. Lost, copied or shared codes may not be replaced unless the original purchase can be verified.
  5. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  6. Any balance, expiry period, exclusions, cancellation rights and refund treatment must follow the policy confirmed by Bakers Delights at the time of sale.
  7. Redemption is subject to product availability, opening hours and order lead times.
  8. Bespoke cakes, outside catering and large orders may require advance notice and may not be available for same-day redemption.
  9. Bakers Delights may refuse redemption where the voucher appears altered, duplicated, already redeemed, refunded, cancelled or fraudulently obtained.
  10. Submitting an activation or redemption form confirms acceptance of these terms.
